Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and supporting photos may be required.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used beauty, skincare, hair care, and personal care products are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review and assist you.
 

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For buyer's-remorse returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

  • To request a return, email info@relaxed-beauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Personal care items due to hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items
     

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will assist you with the available options.
