At Relaxed Beauty, every order ships from our U.S.-based fulfillment partner — not from us — which keeps prices fair and delivery honest.

Where We Ship United States addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Fee A flat $6 ritual fee applies to every order — every product, every bundle, one price. No free-shipping thresholds, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of shipment confirmation. Delivery times may vary with carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow time for tracking to update after shipment.

Shipping Information Please ensure your name and address are accurate before checkout. Relaxed Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@relaxed-beauty.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at our expense.
