Orders and Payments

• By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based fulfillment partner (not directly by us) and typically arrive within 7–14 days of order confirmation. A flat $6 shipping fee applies to every order, regardless of size. This fee is non-refundable except where required by law. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events once the order has left our partner's facility. Customers must ensure shipping information is accurate and complete.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Because we sell wellness and personal-care products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons. To start a return, contact us at info@relaxed-beauty.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items (see below). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@relaxed-beauty.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable, at our expense.

Supplement Disclaimer
